Specialist investigators

We only use highly trained and experienced ex specialist police officers.

Our team are experienced and qualified in undertaking fact finding interviews and will undertake this role to clarify any issues that arise out of the Vetting or employment checks to ensure the integrity and background of any job application.

If required we can provide integrity testing and covert investigation options.

Vetting / Suitability for employment

We can ensure that an individual is suitable for employment by your organisation. This can ensure you comply with the Government guidelines on keeping children safe in education (KCSIE) or reduce the risk of behaviour which impacts negatively the work place.

Our checks can include any combination of the following:

  • Checking references
  • Checking with previous employers and/or referees by personal interview
  • Checking qualifications
  • Checking professional status
  • Checking with Criminal records bureau
  • Detailed background checks, with full financial investigation if required
  • Other checks, e.g. credit information, driving history

Consultancy Support

We have a wealth of experience in our team of tackling crime and drugs problems in a variety of different arenas. We can act on a consultancy basis for senior management and offer practical advice and guidance in tackling crime and drug problems. This consultancy support would be particularly useful in an Office, factory, school or college environment.

In addition to this we can provide services such as Drug search teams, Drug Detection dogs and drug alcohol testing.

In many cases a presentation to workforce / students and the threat of the above detection methods being utilised at random will be sufficient to deter potential offenders conducting their activity in the workplace or education premises.
